Azure weekend..

The weekend was fantastic!

I have never been to an Azure party before. The venue was perfect, with the city skyline in the background and the sunset over the harbour making the perfect setting for the start of one of the most popular parties during Mardi Gras festivities.

Here are a couple of pictures when we first got to the party as people were arriving..

Here you can see the harbour bridge and the Opera House in the background as a couple of yachts parked out front with some really hot looking guys on it dancing away to the music which was a great mixture to get everyone going...
Unfortunately the party ended early for us with a spectacular lightening storm bringing with it Sydney's rainfall for the entire month of February in one night. It was all good though as we got to dance for 5 hours before leaving around 10:30pm. They gave us all ponchos and we walked back into the city and got a taxi back home and continued dancing when we got home for a couple hours more while the rain came tumbling down outside.
